摘    要:高校教师应重科研还是重教学 ,长期以来一直是备受争论的问题。在高校教师评估中往往存在着只重一端轻视其余的倾向 ,对高校工作造成一些不良影响。应根据学校、教师的实际情况 ,制定科学的评价标准 ,引导教师在工作中处理好这二者的关系 ,以更好地发挥教师的作用

Abstract:It has been a arguable issue for long time that college teachers ought to attach importance to research or teaching. In reality, however, the assessment to teacher often stress one aspect that leads to some bad influences. The scientic assessment standard shoubld be established to guide college teachers to deal with the relation of research and teaching.
