摘    要:介绍了脉冲电源和嵌入式实时系统相结合构造的电火花加工智能电源的特点,分析了这种智能电源所需要的基本硬件和软件,同时还简要介绍了几种嵌入式处理器、嵌入式实时操作系统以及相应的实时控制软件的开发平台。最后总结了用嵌入式实时系统构建电火花加工智能电源的基本步骤和注意事项,用此系统对普通机床进行改造和新设备的开发正在进一步的研究中。

Abstract:The property of EDM power supply, embedded system, and intelligent EDM power supply with embedded real time system was discussed at the beginning of this paper. Then, the elementary compose hardware and software of this intelligent power was analyzed, several embedded CPUs and embedded real time operator systems was introduced at the same time. The steps and cautions of how to make up an intelligent power were summed up at end of the paper. A further studying was to enhance the common electrical discharge machinery machine or to design new machine with this intelligent power.
