摘    要:采用羟基树脂通过TDI对微米SiO2进行化学改性,用红外光谱、热质分析等手段对改性产物进行了表征。探讨了反应温度、干燥条件对制备的改性产物的影响。确定了改性产物在双组分PU漆中的消光性能。结果表面:在漆膜中,改性产物的消光性能较改性前有明显提高,其他相关性能也有所改善。

Abstract:Through TDI, micron - SiO2 was chemically modified with hydroxyl resin, which was characterized by IR and TGA. The influence of reaction temperature and drying condition on modified products was discussed. The matting property of modified products in 2k PU paint was determined. The results show that the matting property of modified products in paint film is obviously better than that of micron - SiO2 , the other correlative properties are also improved.
