基于PowerMILL的轿车整体侧围拉深模数控加工编程技巧

摘    要:以轿车整体侧围的拉深模为例,介绍了PowerMILL在汽车模具数控加工编程中的应用技巧,其中包括加工数模的导入、加工区域的划分原则、数控加工编程策略和长短刀分割技术等,这些技巧提高了数控加工编程的效率,改善了模具型面的加工质量,在轿车整体侧围拉深模的加工中发挥了重要作用,对其他汽车覆盖件模具的数控加工也有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:Taking the drawing die for the integral side body metal sheet of car as example, the application skills of PowerMILL in the NC programming of automobile dies were pre- sented, which include the introduction of processing math model, the division principle of processing area, the NC programming .strategy and the segmentation technology of long-short cutter.
