高强度正火特厚钢板生产工艺与组织分析

摘    要:在大跨距框架建筑、桥梁、塔架结构中,关键受力构件或位置经常使用到460MPa级的特厚规格钢板。对于厚度规格大于100mm的该级别正火态钢板(如S460NL焊接结构钢板),不仅要求其屈服强度在400MPa以上,还? Vて?40℃低温韧性和较好塑性,生产难度很大。为满足用户对特厚钢板的需求,本文利用淬火机冷却系统对正火后钢板进行加速冷却,成功试制了S460NL特厚钢板。

Abstract:The 460MPa grade heavy plate is always used in the important position or components ih large span frame structure,such as building,tower,bridge,etc.For thickness more than 100mm plate,its normalized state is required not only over 400MPa yield strength,but also-40℃ toughness and high plasticity.It is very difficultly produced.In order to meet the requirement of users,the S460NL heavy plate is successfully developed by accelerated cooling system of the quenching machine after plate normalized.
