| 摘 要： | 介绍了西藏中部电网黑启动方案的总体实施原则,结合电网实际情况,在确定黑启动电源、黑启动路径的基础上对自励磁、过电压等影响因素进行校核分析,根据交流系统恢复的运行方式统筹考虑直流系统的恢复,最终形成合理且操作性强的黑启动方案。

| Abstract: | The paper presents the general enforcement principles of the black starting plan of the middle part grid of Ti- bet. Combing the actual situation of the grid, the influencing factors of self-excitation and overvoltage etc are checked and analyzed. According to the operaction method of AC system recovery, plan to consider the recovery of DC system, thus forming rational black starting plan. |
