板壳式热交换器在预加氢装置的应用

摘    要:介绍了某炼油厂重整改造时,在预加氢进、出料换热工位首次将国产板壳式热交换器应用于预加氢装置替代原管壳式热交换器的情况。结果表明,国产预加氢板壳式热交换器传热效率高、压降低、占地面积小、安全可靠,可节约投资并降低装置能耗。

Abstract:The first case is introduced that a domestic plate shell heat exchanger was used for substituting the former tube shell heat exchanger at the position of pre-hydrogenation feed-efflu-ent heat exchanging in a refinery CCR unit rebuilding.The result shows that the domestic pre-hydrogenation feed-effluent plate shell heat exchanger have the characteristics of higher heat transfer efficiency,lower pressure drop and smaller area occupied,and is safety,reliable,smaller investment and energy loss.
