摘    要:针对功率试验台2套测振系统振动测量结果长期以来一直存在时大时小差异的问题,利用置换分析法和1/3倍频程变工况分析法进行了深入分析,找到了引起振动差异的深层原因,提出了消除电磁干扰和保证安装位置一致的措施。验证试验表明,采取措施后,2套系统振级差值绝对值的最大值由以前约10 dB降低为约1.6 dB。该项研究解决了长期存在的振动测量不一致性问题,为正确评判动力装置振动和完善振动测量标准提供了试验依据。

Abstract:Two vibration measuring systems attached to a power test stand have output inconsistent measuring results for a long time, so the exchange and the one-third octave analysis method are employed to investigate the inconsistency. Accordingly, countermeasures are offered against the inconsistency by eliminating the electromagnetic interference and guaranteeing the mounting sites of two systems in accordance with one another. Validation experiments show that the maximal absolute difference of vibration levels measured by the two systems reduces from about 10 dB to 1.6 dB. This study may help to correctly evaluate the power system vibration and to perfect the vibration measurement standard.
