| 摘 要： | 本文在６０／４０的锡铅焊料中加入不同量的铜，研究了铜对焊料可焊性及焊接接头可靠性的影响．研究表明，铜含量在０．３％以下时，其焊接性能和焊接头的可靠性能均比无铜的６０／４０的锡铅焊料高。

| Abstract: | The influence of copper on the weldability of the solder and the reliabiity of the joint of welding is studied in this paper, as different amount of copper is added into 60/40 SnPb solders. Researches show that when the content of Cu is less than 0.3%, the weldability and reliability of the joint are both higher than that by the solder without copper. |
