F12耐热钢的性能分析及失效研究

摘    要:F12耐热钢是一种典型12Cr耐热钢,开发于上个世纪中前期,六十年代得到了推广应用,现在仍然是许多热电厂的主要部件用材。本文主要分析了F12的基本结构、性能,对其性能劣势进行了探讨,并进一步分析了长期服役后材料性能、组织退化的特点,为今后的研究提供有益的参考。

Abstract:F12 is typical kind of 12Cr heat-resistant steel.It was developed in 1950s and was applied in 1960s.It has been widely used in many power stations.In this paper,the microstructure and properties have been analyzed.The disadvantage of the F12 was also discussed.The performance and microstructure degradation of 12Cr martensitic heat-resistant steel after long-term service have been analyzed.These summarization provide reference for the research in future.
