摘    要:通过对国内外各大钢厂冷轧酸洗生产线酸再生工艺的介绍,针对冷轧厂酸再生改造采用Ruthner法处理废酸液,不仅可回收盐酸,再生使用,还可生产高纯Fe2O3产品。利用这一优良资源开发软磁铁氧体磁性材料,进入高新技术领域,是非钢产业发展的必由之路。并对该材料的生产工艺、应用状况、市场前景及经济效益进行了简要分析。

Abstract:The acid regeneration technologies for the pickling line in the Cold Rolling Mill of the large steel works at home and abroad are introduced. It is proved that adoption of process "Ruthner" in the treatment of the waste acid liquor in the technical revamp of the acid regeneration plant of the Cold Rolling Mill can not only recover the hydrochloride acid for reuse purpose, but also extract the high purity Fe 2O 3 products which can be used as the starting material to develop the soft ferrite material. It turns out to be the only road for the non-steel sector of the iron & steel enterprises to enter into the high tech domain by full utilization of its by-products as the reliable resource. The production process, application, market prospect and economic efficiencies are also discussed.
