热传导波动效应对各向异性高Tc超导薄膜内禀热稳定性的影响

摘    要:所提出的高Tc超导薄膜内禀热稳定性准则不同于经典的超导磁体低温热稳定性准则,也不同于其它的忽略导热波动效应的超导薄膜内禀热稳定性准则。高Tc超导薄膜内产生的热扰动在向外传输到冷却介质的过程中,即使受热传导波动效应的影响,超导薄膜也能传输正常工作电流而不至于发生失超现象,这种新的热稳定性准则更符合高Tc超导薄膜的实际工作情况。

Abstract:The intrinsic thermal stability denotes a situation where a superconductor can carry the operating current without resistance at any time after the occurrence of a local thermal disturbance which is transfered by the non Fourier heat conduction.The thermal stability of superconductors is affected by the relaxation time,ratio of the thermal conductivities in the plane of the film and normal to it,the aspect ratio,the Biot number,the amount of the disturbing energy.
