电动助力转向系统中折线型助力特性的设计

摘    要:文章概述了汽车电动助力转向系统(EPS)系统的结构、工作原理及控制策略。根据EPS对助力特性要求,给出了折线型助力特性曲线图,重点设计折点坐标及斜率系数2个参数。比较得出对于折线型助力特性曲线,折点坐标越小,其助力效果好,汽车具有较好的轻便性,随着车速的增大,折点坐标应相应增大,以保持驾驶员较好的路感这个结论。结果表明该折线型助力特性曲线能够较好地协调转向轻便性和路感之间的矛盾,对完善汽车电动助力转向系统的设计方法有着重要的意义。

Abstract:In this paper,the constitutions and its operational mechanism of Electric Power Steering system were introduced.The polygonal curves of assistance characteristic were plotted with demand of EPS to assistance characteristic.The slope coefficient and turning point coordi-nate were discussed on detail.The lower the turning point coordinate was,the better assistance performance was.And with the vehicle speed accelerating,the higher the turning point coordinate was,the better the road feel was.The results indicated that the polygonal curves of assistance characteristic could be resolved the problems between the steering agility and the road feel.
