摘    要:以SO4 2 -/ZrO2 为催化剂 ,甲苯为带水剂 ,以戊二酸和异戊醇为原料直接合成戊二酸二异戊酯 ,探讨了催化剂用量、原料配比、反应温度、反应时间对酯化率的影响。结果表明SO4 2 -/ZrO2 催化剂对此反应具有较好的催化活性。当醇酸摩尔比为 2 .2∶1,催化剂用量为 0 .5 % (占总质量 ) ,反应温度 130℃ ,反应时间 80min ,产品收率最高可达为 97.8%。反应表观活化能Ea=99.5 7kJ·mol-1,反应速率常数kA=6 .76× 10 11exp(- 11977/T)L·mol-1·min-1。SO4 2 -/ZrO2 固体酸催化剂稳定性高 ,易于回收 ,用此法生产戊二酸二异戊酯 ,工艺简单 ,成本低 ,且产品易于分离 ,无环境污染

Abstract:The synthesis of diisonanmyl glutarate from glutaric acid and isoamyl alcohol in SO_4 2-/ZrO_2 catalyst and water-carrying agent toluene, the influences of the amount of catalyst, molar ratio of the raw material, the reaction temperature and reaction time on the yield of ester were investigated. The result shows that SO_4 2-/ZrO_2 catalyst has catalyst activity. The optimal conditions are established as shows : the amount of catalyst is 0.5% , molar ratio of alcohol and acid is 2.2∶1, the reaction temperature is 130 ℃,the reaction time is 80 min. Under the conditions,the optimal yield could get to 97.8%. The apparent energy E_a=99.57 kJ·mol -1 , and the reaction rate constant k_A=6.76×10 11 exp (-11 977/T)L·mol -1·min -1. SO_4 2-/ZrO_2 catalyst had high stability and it can be recovered easily.The method is simple with low cost and no environmental pollution.
