| 摘 要： | 简述了研制的渗碳炉专用特种实体热电偶的性能与结构，探讨了进口渗碳炉在线检测用热电偶国产化问题。着重介绍了研制的特种实体热电偶在瓦房店轴承集团、一汽、二汽集团渗碳炉内的成功应用，指出自行开发的特种温度传感器不仅可以替代进口设备中的温度传感器，还可以进入国际市场。 |

| Abstract: | The performances and structure of the solid thermocouple developed by authors for carburizing furnaces are showed in this paper.The domestic production of the importing thermocouple is discussed.The successful applications of the thermocouple for carburizing furnaces in Wafangdian Bearing Co.Ltd.,First Automobile Group Co.and Dongfeng Automobile Co.,are introduced.It is shown that the special thermocouple can not only replace importing ones but also be exported. : The performances and structure of the solid thermocouple developed by authors for carburizing furnaces are showed in this paper.The domestic production of the importing thermocouple is discussed.The successful applications of the thermocouple for carburizing furnaces in Wafangdian Bearing Co.Ltd.,First Automobile Group Co.and Dongfeng Automobile Co.,are introduced.It is shown that the special thermocouple can not only replace importing ones but also be exported. |
