| 摘 要： | 分宜海螺水泥有限责任公司2500t/d新型干法水泥生产线烧成系统100％燃用当地产无烟煤。该生产线采用了多项由中材国际南京水泥设计研究院开发的专有技术，包括一级动态选粉机无烟煤煤粉制备系统、三通道大速差NC2500型专用煤粉燃烧器、预热预分解系统和LBT32216熟料篦冷机。生产实践证明，上述专有技术成熟可靠，在我国产无烟煤地区有极高的推广价值。目前，该生产线的熟料产量已稳定在2600t/d，熟料质量好，经济效益显著。

| Abstract: | Firing system of 2 500 t/d cement production line of Fenyi Conch Co. burns 100% local anthracite. Much proprietary technology developed by SINOMA-Nanjing Cement Design and Research Institute is adopted in this production line, including first-stage dynamic separator-anthracite powder preparation system, three-channel great speed difference NC711 special coal burner, NC2500 preheating and precalcining system and LBT32216 clinker grate cooler. The production practice proves that above proprietary techonlogy is mature and reliable and has great popularization value in anthracite area of our country. At present, stable output of the production line is 2 600 t/d, the clinker quality is good and the economic benefit is notable. |
