海绵铁抑制豆制品废水返色作用的研究

摘    要:采用ABR厌氧反应器与生物接触氧化法联合处理豆制品加工废水,在好氧段出现废水返色现象.向ABR反应器中投加海绵铁颗粒,激活厌氧微生物,有利于将大分子物质降解成更小分子物质.提高废水的可生化性,减轻后续处理负荷,使厌氧出水COD去除率提高20%,好氧段能有效抑制废水的返色.最终出水色度达到排放标准.

Abstract:The combined process of ABR anerobic reactor and bio-contact oxidation has been applied to the treatment of bean wastewater.The problem of color-return occurs to the aerobic section.Sponge iron particles are added to the ABR reactor to activate anerobic microorganisms.Results show that the process is good for degrading macro-moleculare substances to form mini molecular substances,improving the biodegradability of wastewater,lightening the sequent treatment load and raising the COD removal rate by 20%.The ae...
