摘    要:以PC104嵌入式工业计算机为核心研制了柴油机故障诊断仪,编制了信号采集、特征提取和故障诊断软件,通过测量瞬时转速和上止点信号,可在不解体和拆卸的情况下对柴油机各缸工作不均衡、气缸密封性等故障进行诊断。诊断仪具有多功能、智能化、人机界面友好、操作简单等特点。

Abstract:The diesel fault diagnosis instrument is developed by using PC104 type inbuilt industrial computer,and relevant software is programmed which can perform signal sampling,feature calculating and fault diagnosis.Through measuring transient speed signal,TDC signal and instrument can diagnose diesel faults,including working unbalance among every cylinder and cylinder leaking.The instrument has advantages such as multi-function,intelligentizing,good interface and simple operating mode.
