摘    要:针对镀膜工程玻璃生产线工艺复杂,结构庞大,控制参数众多,镀膜过程控制要求响应快、精度高的特点,设计了以西门子S7-400PLC为核心的生产过程控制系统,结合系统结构与硬件配置方案;详细阐述了真空泵、磁控溅射靶阴极电源和玻璃传送伺服电机等子系统的控制策略和特点.给出玻璃长度计算方法和公式,以及位置控制程序流程框图,该系统采用2块独立工作的CPU模块,细化控制任务,提高了编程的灵活性和系统的可靠性.在WinCC组态软件平台上,设计了系统监控软件,上位机处理大量生产过程数据,归档重要参数,实现镀膜玻璃生产过程实时监控.控制系统在现场的成功应用表明,该系统结构合理,功能完善,控制效果好,满足了工程玻璃真空镀膜生产过程自动化的各项要求.

Abstract:According to the characteristics of glass coating process, Siemens S7-400 PLC based control system is designed to with the rapid control responses and high control precision with the system structure and hardware configuration, the control strategies of the subsystems of vacuum pump, power source of magnetic sputtering cathode and servo motor are introduced. The algorithm of calculating the length of glass and the flow chart of program for position control are given. Two CPU models work independently in this system to distribute the control tasks and update the flexibility of programming. On the platform of WinCC, the computer monitoring software is designed to manage the data of production process, realizing the real-time supervision for glass coating process. The application of this control system shows that its reasonable structure, perfective function and control effect meet the demands on automatic control for glass coating in vacuum condition.
