线损管理信息化工作的实践与探讨

介绍了广州供电局线损“四分”（分区、分压、分线、分台区）管理信息化工作的实践经验。以信息化为支撑，以地理信息系统（GIS）为平台，实现线损工作精细化、动态管理是广州供电局线损管理的工作方向。通过对基础数据进行分析，确定各基础数据的归口管理职责；通过建立准实时平台和集成平台，实现运行方式和计量的动态管理；通过建设计量自动化系统，提高了线损计算和分析的精细化水平。

Practice and Exploration in Information-based Power Line Loss Management

This paper introduces the practical experience of Guangzhou Power Supply Bureau in information-based line loss management according to regions,voltages,lines and transformer-supplied areas.The target of Guangzhou Power Supply Bureau in line loss management is to achieve the information-based dynamic and fine control with geographic information system(GIS) as the platform.The corresponding management responsibilities of basic data are determined through analysis,the dynamic management of operating mode and metering realized by establishing quasi-real-time platform and integrated platform,the fineness of line loss calculation and analysis improved by constructing automatic metering system.
