摘    要:针对辽河油田老化稠油成分复杂、含水卒高、脱水困难等特点,研制了油溶性破乳剂SYR-1和水溶性破乳剂SSR-1,并考察了2种单体破乳剂和复配破乳剂对辽河油田老化稠油破乳脱水的效果.研究结果表明:单体油溶性破乳剂SYR-1的破乳效果优于水溶性破乳剂SSR-1,老化稠油脱水率可达81.3%;复配破乳剂破乳效果优于单体破乳剂,...

Abstract:Aiming at the characteristics of the complex components,the high water cut and the dewatering difficulty of the aged heavy oil in Liaohe Oilfield,the oil-soluble demulsifier SYR-1 and the water-soluble demulsifier SSR-1 are synthesized in this paper and the demulsification effect of the single agent demulisifiers and the two mixed agents demulisifiers on the aged heavy oil are investigated.Experimental data are presented to show that the demulsification effect of SYR-1 is better than that of SSR-1 and the dehydration rate can reach 81.3%.The demulsification effect of the mixed agents demulisifiers is better than that of single agent demulisifier and the dehydration rate increases 9.5% and 33.8%.The orthogonal experiment of the two demulsififiers are conducted in order to determine the optimum condition of demulsification,which shows that the temperature of demulsification is 80 ℃,the demulisifier concentration is 1.0 g/L,the ratio of mixture is 3:1 and the dehydration rate can reach 97.5% after the demulsification for 48 h.
