| 摘 要： | 我国工程项目投资增长速度非常快,工程项目的建设和管理对国家经济发展起着举足轻重的作用,但面对国际工程市场的严峻挑战,我国工程建设业和工程项目本身的总体管理水平都亟待提高。本文对工程项目集成管理系统的开发研究和应用对我国国民经济的重大意义、提高我国工程建设业国际竞争力的作用以及工程项目集成管理系统的市场需求作了论述。并结合工程项目本身的特点,尤其是工程项目信息管理和信息集成的特点进行了分析。提出了工程项目集成管理系统的研究目标、总体集成框架和初步实施方案,最后对其预计的社会和经济效益进行了初步估计和展望。

| Abstract: | China's investment for capital projects has been growing rapidly and proper construction and management of such projects play an important role in the devel opment of China's national economy. However, facing the fierce competition in the i nternational construction market, the management at both the construction industry level and the project level should be further enhanced. This paper relates the significance of the research and application of Engineering Projects Integrated System (EPIS) for the development of China's national economy. An analysis of the roles the EPIS plays in promoting the compe titiveness of China's construction industry in the world market and the objective of EPIS research and a preliminary execution plan are proposed.A preliminary estimate is provided for the anticip ated social and economic benefits the EPIS may bring about. |
