摘    要:为方便某冷轧厂轧辊轴承座维修,设计了一套高效、平稳的轧辊轴承座维修设备。在设计过程中,采用CATIA软件建立设备的三维模型,准确、直观地计算出轧辊轴承座和翻转体的重心,由此确定了翻转油缸各时刻的工作载荷。在液压系统设计时,采用了平衡阀,以适应翻转油缸各时刻的工作载荷不断变化的特点。

Abstract:In the paper, a set of high efficient, steady maintenances device for cold-rolling mill has been designed. It provides convenience for roller bearing maintenance. The three-dimensional model of the equipment is established by using CATIA software, which can calculate out weight center of roller bearing and obversion device accurately, and can confirmed the working loads of every moments for obversion cylinder. In order to adapt to the constantly changeable work loaded of obversion cylinder, the balance valve is applied in the hydraulic system.
