| 摘 要： | 采用骑座式马鞍型埋弧焊机进行了焊接工艺试验 ,确定了适合该焊机特点的焊接工艺和坡口形式 ,并在 30 0MW锅炉汽包上应用 ,改善了焊缝质量 ,提高了工效。生产实践证明 ,采用骑座式马鞍型埋弧焊机进行汽包管接头焊缝的焊接 ,是一种先进的工艺方法

| Abstract: | Depending on the welding-test results what came from operating the SAW equipment with mould of T-type Butt Joint,the technoque and groove fitting for running the equipment have been determined and then these have been practiced in some boiler steam drums.It showed that the quality of the weld in butter-joints between tubes and drums were improved while the welding efficiency were increased. |
