| 摘 要： | 本文首先介绍了反应釜夹套在染料生产过程中遭受腐蚀性破坏，通过在其外表面涂装J52－1型氯磺化聚乙烯防腐涂料能延长其使用寿命，然后介绍了该涂料的涂装工艺，从而阐述了涂装技术在生产设备中的应用。

| Abstract: | This paper first presents that the reaction pot sleeving experienced corrosive attack during the production of dye. It is possible that J52-1 type chloro-sulfonation polyvinys paint is painted and prolongs its life.Also it presents the coating process of paint and the coating techniques find application in the production equipment. |
