新型高效沥青阻燃剂的制备

摘    要:为了制备低掺量高效沥青阻燃剂,以氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁、聚磷酸铵为元素设计正交组合制备新型阻燃剂中间体,同时用钛酸酯偶联剂处理液对其进行表面活化得到新型高效沥青阻燃剂。在此基础上,研究不同组合的阻燃剂对改性沥青的针入度、软化点、延度、弹性恢复的影响,结合阻燃剂的吸油率,推荐新型沥青阻燃剂的制备配方。结果表明:沥青阻燃剂经钛酸酯表处理后,相容性会增强;沥青阻燃剂的添加对阻燃沥青低温延度的影响比较明显,而对针入度、软化点和弹性恢复的影响较小;推荐新型沥青阻燃剂的制备配方为氢氧化铝Al(OH)3、氢氧化镁(Mg(OH)2、聚磷酸铵(APP)比例为1:1:2.2制备的新型阻燃剂中间体,同时用乙醇作溶剂将钛酸酯偶联剂配制成10.0%的处理液对其进行表面活化。

Preparation of new and efficient flame retardant asphalt
Abstract:In order to prepare low-dosage effective flame retardant asphalt,the flame retardant intermediate was made by the orthogonal experiment combination of of Al(OH)3、Mg(OH)2、APP as new elements.And new and efficient flame retardant asphalt was prepatated after the flame retardant surface-activate with liquid Titanate coupling agent.Base on this,the effect of new and efficient flame retardant on the penetration,softening point,ductility,elastic recovery was researched.Combined with the oil absorption rate,the new asphalt formula of flame retardant was recommended.The result show that the compatibility would be enhanced after asphalt fire retardant treated by titanate table.The effect of new and efficient flame retardant on the ductility is obvious,and it is not obvious on the penetration,softening point,elastic recovery.The best ratio formula of Al(OH)3、Mg(OH)2、APP is 1:1:2.2 for new and efficient flame retardant asphalt intermediate.And the flame retardant mast be surface-activated with liquid Titanate coupling agent.
