混凝土孔结构和抗盐蚀性能关系的研究

摘    要:混凝土材料从本质上讲是一种成分复杂的多孔材料,孔是混凝土微观结构中重要特性,试验采用不同水灰比的混凝土试样,测量了微观孔结构和混凝土抗腐蚀侵蚀性能,采用抗压抗折抗蚀系数表征混凝土的抗盐蚀性能。结果表明:水胶比的降低提高了混凝土的抗盐侵蚀性能;平均孔径、孔隙率和抗折抗蚀系数之间的相关性较强,抗折抗蚀系数随着平均孔径、孔隙率的增加而减少。

Study on resistance to sulfate attack and pore structure of concrete
Abstract:Essentially speaking,the concrete material is a kind of porous material with complex composition Porosity is an important micro-structural characteristic of concrete.The micro-pore structures and the resistance to sulfate attack of concrete are determined in the experiments,relation between the micro-pore structure and the resistance to sulfate attack of concrete is analyzed.The results suggest that,the decrease of water binder ratio improve the resistance to sulfate attack of concrete;mean pore diameter,porosity are well correlative to strength resistant coefficients Kp,the later rises with the former decreasing.
