| 摘 要： | 近几年来,聚乙烯管道因其良好的可溶接性和连接方便的特点在我国城市燃气输配系统得到迅速应用。电熔焊接可用于不同熔融指数聚乙烯原料生产的中、高密度聚乙烯管材和管件的连接,工艺成熟可靠。但在施工过程中,常出现电熔焊接时电熔管件喷料现象,施工单位一直无法找到答案。本文试图对此问题进行分析,并提出解决的办法。

| Abstract: | In recent years,the PE pipeline are put into use promptly in city gas transmission and distribution system of our country because of its good features and easy application.Electric fusion welding can be used for the connection of medium,high density polyethylene pipes and fittings in different raw material production of melt flow index polyethylene,This technology is mature and reliable.But in the process of construction,which is common phenomena of electric melt pipe fittings spraying material in electric fusion welding,construction units had been unable to find the answer.This article attempts to analyze this problem and put forward solution. |
