蒸汽涡轮机螺旋管中两相流压力波动特性

摘    要:闭式循环动力系统已成功应用于美国MK50鱼雷,上世纪90年代中期以来,美国在反鱼雷鱼雷及无人水下航行器上也相继采用了该项技术。本文模拟MK50动力系统构建了一套闭环韵实验装置,以研究蒸汽发生器螺旋管内两相流动时的压力波动特性,通过实验和理论分析了热流密度对压力波动的影响规律,沸腾时其均方根和分维数与绝热两相流明显不同,热流密度的大小影响各特征参数。

Abstract:MK50 torpedo utilized successfully stored chemical energy propulsion system(SCEPS). Since mid-1990s, SCEPShave also been playing an important role in anti-torpedo torpedo(ATT) and unmanned undersea vehicle(UUV). We designed asuit of simulated closed-loop experiment device based on MK50 for studying two-phase flows pressure undulation characteristic inhelix steam generator. The effect law of heat flow density on pressure undulation was obtained by experiments and theoretic study.The results show that the root mean square(RMS) value and the fractional dimension while boiling obviously differ from adiabatictwo-phase flows, and that the heat flow density influences the characteristic parameters.
