U3O8型铀矿石浓缩物的溶解液铀质量浓度最大值探讨

摘    要:在探讨单因素对溶解液ρ(U)的影响基础上,对比、分析了诸如U3O8型铀矿石浓缩物的w(U)、w(H2O)以及m(P)/m(U)的影响强度。结果表明:w(U)与溶解液ρ(U)呈正相关,U3O8型铀矿石浓缩物的w(U)每增加1%,溶解液ρ(U)平均增加4.8~5.7g/L;w(H2O)与溶解液ρ(U)值呈负相关,w(H2O)每增加1%,ρ(U)最大值下降46.1~55.2g/L;m(P)/m(U)与溶解液ρ(U)值呈负相关,m(P)/m(U)每增加0.1%,ρ(U)最大值平均下降116.0~181.0g/L。当w(U)=62.5%,不考虑m(P)/m(U)的影响时,溶解液ρ(U)最大值为1 578g/L;在m(P)/m(U)=0.35%条件下,ρ(U)最大值下降至716g/L,ρ(U)最大值下降54.5%:故m(P)/m(U)为瓶颈控制因素。

Abstract:On the basis of discussing the influence of single factor on maximum uranium concentration in digestion solution,the influence degree of some factors such as U content,H2O content,mass ratio of P and U was compared and analyzed.The results indicate that the relationship between U content and maximum uranium concentration in digestion solution was direct ratio,while the U content increases by 1%,the maximum uranium concentration in digestion solution increases by 4.8%-5.7%.The relationship between H2O content and maximum uranium concentration in digestion solution was inverse ratio,the maximum uranium concentration in digestion solution decreases by 46.1-55.2 g/L while H2O content increases by 1%.The relationship between mass ratio of P and U and maximum uranium concentration in digestion solution was inverse ratio,the maximum uranium concentration in digestion solution decreases by 116.0-181.0 g/L while the mass ratio of P and U increase 0.1%. When U content equals 62.5% and the influence of mass ratio of P and U is no considered,the maximum uranium concentration in digestion solution equals 1 578 g/L;while mass ratio of P and U equals 0.35%,the maximum uranium concentration decreases to 716 g/L,the decreased rate is 54.6%,so the mass ratio of P and U in U3O8 type uranium ore concentrate is the main controlling factor.
