摘    要:结合一种双向直线直流电机驱动系统在Z轴动态聚焦模块中的应用,针对直线直流电机直接驱动系统的精密位置伺服控制,在分析光栅尺输出的正交编码脉冲信号和参考点脉冲信号基础上,应用DSP对光栅尺信号进行接收和处理,设计了基于DSP的直线直流电机驱动系统的初始位置检测的硬件电路及软件,解决了直线电机驱动系统的零点初始位置检测问题。试验结果表明,该直线驱动系统能实现快速准确的初始位置检测,且有较小的零点定位误差。

Abstract:Considering of a bidirectional linear DC motor drive system in the application of the Z-axis dynamic focus module.Aiming at the problem on the high accuracy position servo control of linear DC motor direct drive system,the hardware and software of the initial position detection for the linear drive system based on DSP are designed on the basis of the analysis of the detection signals form the linear encoder.The paper finds a solution to the initial position detection of the linear drive system.Experimental results show that the linear drive system can implement the precise detection of the initial position and has a acceptable locating error.
