Problems and Countermeasures for Construction Management on Park Rebuilding Project of Industrial Plant

In comparison with traditional demolishing of original plant, the industrial plant rebuilding has the advantage of short construction period, low cost, appreciation of value in use, advance of enterprise restructuring, reinvigoration of state assets, etc. and conforms to the requirements on attraction of foreign investment and direction of industrial development. However, the complex filing and approval process gives rise to a series of legal issues. The text analyzes current problems existing in the industrial plant rebuilding process and puts forward a series of proposals.
