水利文化旅游是水利旅游的重要形式，近些年各地进行了有益的实践和探索。根据我国水文化的形式特点，对水利文化旅游资源类型进行了初步分类；围绕我国水利文化旅游发展的现状，从政策制度、产业现状、水文化特点和市场前景等方面进行了客观分析，提出了推进我国水利文化旅游事业发展的具体对策和建议。

Discussion on the status and countermeasures of China's water culture and tourism

As one of key modes of tourism on water scenic sites,water culture has been developed and practiced in different regions over past years.According to the characteristics of China's water culture,the different types of tourist resources are presented and the status of tourism development on the water culture scenic sites are analysed from the aspects of policies,industry situation,market features and prospects.Upon the analysis,the relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
