| 摘 要： | 修订后的水土保持法于今天正式施行，这是事关中华民族长远发展的一件大事，是经济社会发展领域的一件要事，也是水利改革发展历程中的一件喜事。今天，我们召开视频会议，旨在组织动员水利系统广大干部职工认真学习贯彻新水土保持法，着力落实新水土保持法各项规定，推动水土保持事业迈上新的台阶。
