复杂支座零件挤压成形工艺研究

摘    要:为了解决复杂支座零件在机械加工工艺中,材料利用率低、工序流程长以及加工成本高等一系列问题,根据零件外形特点和低合金超高强度钢变形特性,在有限元数值模拟的基础上,通过简易模具进行了物理模拟。实验结果表明,两次挤压后再加一道镦挤工序可以减少压塌现象,保证在挤压出R8圆角后,通过少量机加工,即可得到满足零件图纸要求的支座零件。

Abstract:In order to solve a series of questions at present existing in machining technology of the complicated pedestal part such as low material utilization ratio,long process flow and high cost,according to outline of the pedestal part and formability of low alloy ultra high-strength steel,the physical simulation through the simple dies has been carried on,which is on the basic of the finite element numerical simulation.The experimental results indicates that added again upset procedure to two extrusions could reduce the phenomenon of breakdown,which assurs obtaining the pedestal required by blueprint after the R8 fillet has been extruded through the few machining.
