摘    要:白酒生产企业管理工作引入IS09000标准,可实现企业管理更科学化、系统化、文件化、制度化,提高管理水平、改善管理模式和提高工作效率。目前,白酒生产企业对IS09000标准的贯标仍然面临一些困难或问题。建立和实施质量管理体系的步骤有:质量体系建立的组织策划;质量体系的总体设计;质量体系文件的编制;质量体系的实施、运行和保持;质量体系的合格评定。

Abstract:The introduction of ISO9000 standards in liquor-making enterprises could improve enterprise management level,perfect management pattern,increase management efficiency,and realize systematization,documentation and institutionalization of enterprise management.Nowadays,liquor-making enterprises still met some difficulty and problems during the practice of ISO9000 standards.The procedures in the establishment and the implementation of quality management system were as follows: planning of the establishment of quality system,general design of quality system,formulation of quality system documents,practice and operation and maintenance of quality system,and qualification evaluation of quality system.(Tran.by YUE Yang)
