| 摘 要： | 慢性炎症在良性前列腺增生及其发展中起重要作用，IL-8是诊断前列腺组织炎症状况最可信的生化标记分子。本文就炎症因子及其相关因子在前列腺增生中的研究进展作一综述。根据n-3多不饱和脂肪酸改变细胞因子、减轻前列腺增生炎症的研究成果，为选择治疗药物提供了新的可能。
