往复泵泵阀故障诊断方法

摘    要:针对往复泵在线故障诊断时难以提取故障特征的实际情况,提出一种适于往复泵的在线诊断方法。该方法利用小波包对采集信号进行分解和重构来构造能量特征向量,用该方法构造的特征向量能有效地反映往复泵的故障特征,通过用神经网络进行故障诊断,结果表明该方法能提高往复泵的诊断率。

Abstract:Aim at the actual problem that it is not easy to distill trouble character in on-line diagnosing pump,put forword a on-line diagnosis method about pump.That method makes use of the wavelet package,collecting the signal,to disassemble and reconstruct the energy characteristic vector. And it can use the characteristic vector of that method to reflect trouble characteristic of pump.Base on the trouble characteristic with the nerve network,it express that the method can raise the diagnosis rate of the pump.
