摘    要:根据先进核电站研发现状及发展趋势,研究了核电技术评价决策方法,建立了核电站技术评价指标体系,并在此基础上,开发界面清晰、直观,操作简便、灵活的先进核电站专家表决系统。采用现代系统评估理论的层次分析法确定了评价指标的权重,并应用模糊综合分析法定量评价了近期可能在中国建造的数种核电站技术,评价结果可为国家核电规划机构和业主决策层选择新建核电站提供技术参考。

Abstract:In order to study the evaluation and decision-making methods for the nuclear power technology,the nuclear power plant technology evaluation index system was established,and an advanced nuclear power expert voting system was developed,featuring an easy-to-use interface,convenient operation and functional flexibility.The weights of the evaluation indices were determined by using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) of modern system evaluation theory,and the nuclear power plant technologies which might be adopted in China in the near future are analyzed quantitatively by fuzzy comprehensive analysis method.
