摘    要:钢板剪力墙延性好、耗能能力强,是一种新型的高层抗侧力结构体系.钢板剪力墙主要承受水平剪力,不承担竖向压力,需要进行后装连接设计,内嵌墙板与连接板可以采用栓接或焊接.钢板剪力墙的薄弱部位出现在角部,设计中需要采用合理的构造措施避免钢板剪力墙的角部应力集中.钢板剪力墙与现浇混凝土楼板的连接构造需要满足内嵌钢板的后安装要求,同时也不影响现浇混凝土楼板的正常施工.利用不同形式的加劲肋可以延缓内嵌钢板的屈曲,提高钢板剪力墙的极限承载力和延性.对加劲肋的效能进行了分析对比,并结合钢板剪力墙的实际工程进行了不同施工方案的施工模拟,分析了钢管混凝土浇筑时间对钢板剪力墙内力和变形的影响,得到了合理的施工安装顺序.

Abstract:With good ductility and dissipation energy capability,steel plate shear wall(SPSW) is an innovative lateral loading-resisting system.SPSW is suffered with horizontal shear force and do not bear vertical pressure.It needs afterloading connection design.Bolted connection and welded connection are used in the design of connection between infill plate and fish plate.Weak part of steel plate shear wall is easy to occur in the corner.Appropriate constructional measures must be taken to avoid stress concentration.Connection of SPSW and cast-in-place concrete floor is needed to meet the requirement of afterloading and does not hamper normal construction.Buckling of infill plate can be delayed by stiffener.Ultimate bearing capacity and ductility can be improved.This paper presents the comparative analysis of stiffener efficiency.Construction simulation is discussed based on practical engineering.Reasonable construction procedure is obtained through analyzing concrete filled steel tube’s influence on internal force and deformation of SPSW.
