正交试验优化玻璃微珠/聚乙烯复合材料性能的研究

摘    要:采用模压法制备了空心玻璃微珠(HGB)/低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)复合材料,并用正交试验法研究了HGB种类及用量、硅烷偶联剂用量、模压压力等因素对复合材料密度及力学性能的影响。结果表明:当添加30 phrHGB、硅烷偶联剂用量为1.5%、模压压力为15 MPa时,复合材料的密度降至最低值0.68 g/cm3。在此体系中加入2%的马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯,复合材料的冲击强度提高29%,拉伸强度提高14%。

Abstract:Hollow glass bead(HGB)/low density polyethylene(LDPE) composites were prepared by compression molding.The effects of types and content of HGB,content of silane coupling agent and compression pressure on the density and mechanical properties of composites were researched through orthogonal experiments.The results show that: when the content of HGB-T1 is 30 phr,the content of silane coupling agent is 1.5%,and the compression pressure is 10 MPa,the lowest density of composites is 0.68 g/cm3.On this basis,when the addition amount of maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene(PE-g-MA) into composites is 2%,the tensile impact strength increases by 29%,and the tensile strength increases by 14%.
