摘    要:采用氯化铜浸出法预处理低品位,含辉铜矿为主的混合铜金精矿时,精矿中98%的铜可在3h内被浸出,余下约0.4%的铜就很容易氰化了。此时精矿中的黄铁仍处于末受侵挠状态且其贵液中含有0.2g/L的铁,这就简化了下道工序对浸渣和贵液的处理步骤。

Abstract:The cupric chloride leach process was chosen for the pretreatment of a copper-gold bulk off-grade concentrate which contains chalcocite as the dominant copper mineral. Over 98% of copper in the concentrate can be leached within 3h, leaving a residue of about 0.4% Cu which is amenable to cyanidation. Pyrite in the concentrate remains unattacked, with iron in the pregnant solutions less than 0.2g/L. This reduces the amounts of oxidants required as well as the amounts of elemental sulfur and sulfuric acid produced. It also simplifies the downstream treatment of the leaching residues and pregnant solutions. The gold extraction from the leaching residues containing a significant amount of elemental sulfur represents a great challenge and needs additional investigation.
