| 摘 要： | 从发光原理、物理结构、驱动电路和制作3-艺上对场致发射显示器（field emission display，FED）和有机发光二极管（organic light Emitting diode，OLED）进行了详细的技术特性比较，并分析了各自的优缺点，为平板显示领域的研究提供了一定的理论基础。

| Abstract: | From the light-emitting principle，the physical structure，drive circuit and the production technology of Field Emission Display (FED)and Organic Light Emitting Diode(OLED)，it has given a detailed compa rison of the technical characteristics as well as comprehensive analysis of their respective advantages and disadvantages，which will provide a theoretical basis for further studies on the field flat panel display． |
