摘    要:从发光原理、物理结构、驱动电路和制作3-艺上对场致发射显示器(field emission display,FED)和有机发光二极管(organic light Emitting diode,OLED)进行了详细的技术特性比较,并分析了各自的优缺点,为平板显示领域的研究提供了一定的理论基础。

Abstract:From the light-emitting principle,the physical structure,drive circuit and the production technology of Field Emission Display (FED)and Organic Light Emitting Diode(OLED),it has given a detailed compa rison of the technical characteristics as well as comprehensive analysis of their respective advantages and disadvantages,which will provide a theoretical basis for further studies on the field flat panel display.
