直馏石脑油中氯的分析研究

摘    要:对济南分公司直馏石脑油中氯的来源、存在形态、分布规律及危害作了分析和研究。结果表明,直馏石脑油中氯来源于原油中的无机氯化物和采油助剂中的油溶性有机氯化物,以混合有机氯化物为主;氯的分布情况随原油种类及性质的变化有所变化。在石脑油加工过程中,氯会对生产设备和管线产生腐蚀和堵塞,影响催化剂的性能。目前主要采用催化加氢技术脱除有机氯化物,结合无机氯吸附脱除技术,可以减少氯化物的不良影响。

Abstract:The sources, existence forms, distribution of chlorine and its hazard in straight-run naphtha produced at SINOPEC Jinan Company were investigated. It was found that the chlorine in straight-run naphtha carried by crude oil itself was in the form of inorganic chlorides and chlorine from oil-production additives was in the form of organic chlorides. The distribution of chlorine in straight-run naphtha varied with the crude oil types and properties. During the processing of straight-run naphtha, equipment corrosion and pipeline blocked were happened due to the existence of mixed chlorides. The catalyst performance of down-stream process could be affected as well. Using remove organic chlorides in combination with adsorption to remove inorganic reduce the negative effects of chlorides. catalytic hydrogenation to chlorides could effectively
