基于MATLAB的铝基复合材料磨损表面分形特性研究

摘    要:通过对亚微米SiCp增强铝基复合材料磨损表面的分形研究,探讨了亚微米SiCp增强铝基复合材料摩擦磨损特性与分形维数的关系。按照结构函数法,用MATLAB软件进行编程,得到复合材料双对数坐标图。研究表明,亚微米SiCp增强铝基复合材料具有分形特性,且其分形维数与材料的磨损量有关,随着磨损量的增加,分形维数亦趋于增大,且分形维数在1.6≤D≤1.9之间。

Abstract:Through the fractal investigation on wear behaviour of micrometer SiCp reinforced aluminum matrix pomposite,the relation of fractal dimension of the wear surface and wear volumn was analyzed.According to the structure function method,the fractal structure curve was deduced by programming with MATLAB.The results show that micrometer SiCp reinforced aluminum matrix composite has fractal characteristic.With the increase of wear volume,the fractal dimension is increased,and the fractal dimension is in the range of 1.6 and 1.9.
