摘    要:对DXZ32/900移动模架(造桥机)横向抗倾覆稳定性进行了精细分析,建立了其模板系统的有限元计算模型,通过有风和无风工况的计算和分析,对移动模架所需配重进行了准确计算和分析,确保造桥机的横向抗倾覆稳定性及其顺利脱模。

Abstract:The DXZ32/900 movable scaffolding system (MSS) lateral stability against overturning is studied and the finite element model is built. Through calculation and data analysis under the two conditions of with - wind and without - wind, enough and reasonable value of counterweight is determined, with which the template ejection can be completed successfully while the MSS's lateral stability against overturning is guaranteed.
