摘    要:系统研究了氟硅酸钠、萤石对碱性药芯焊丝的焊接电弧稳定性、焊接飞溅、焊缝金属的脱渣性和熔滴大小的影响。研究结果表明,碱性药芯焊丝的药芯粉中含有适量的氟化物,能显著地提高碱性药芯焊丝的焊接工艺性能。

Abstract:It was systematically studied that Na2SiF6 and fluorite influence on the welding arc stability, welding spattering, slag detachability and the appearance of weld beads and the size of droplet. The results show that the technicality of basic flux cored wire can significantly be improved if the suitable percentage of fluoride compounds was added into the flux powders of flux-cored wires.
