摘    要:在分析国内外大型水轮发电机主绝缘状态监测与诊断研究现状的基础上,针对主绝缘诊断与监测系统中所存在的问题,利用信息集成技术,提出了大型水轮发电机主绝缘综合诊断系统解决方案--以局部放电监测为中心,综合利用计算机监控系统、其他相关监测单元、在线巡检量和离线试验检修指标等相关信息进行综合诊断分析.讨论了局部放电的模式识别方法,建立了变工况模型,并将其用于模式识别和模式老化度分析,研究了主绝缘故障的综合诊断流程,给出了主绝缘状态评估方法和绝缘老化趋势分析算法.详细介绍了系统框架、功能模块定义和系统的软硬件实现方法.该系统部分已投入现场应用.

Abstract:The state of the art of the research on stator insulation of the large-size hydro-generator is investigated. Based on an analysis of the existing monitoring and diagnosing systems for stator insulation, a novel integrated diagnosing and analyzing system for stator insulation of the large-size hydro-generator by taking advantage of the information technology is developed. In order to diagnose and analyze the stator insulation, not only is the partial discharge information considered, but also the information from SCADA, other related monitoring units, and off-line inspection are all synthesized to obtain the overall performance of this system. After discussing the methods of differentiating between the partial discharge patterns, a novel method is proposed for identifying them and analyzing the aging condition for the corresponding patterns based on the relationship between partial discharge patterns and state variables. Furthermore, the fault diagnosing process and the aging condition identification method for stator insulation as well as the algorithm for estimating the life of stator insulation are presented. The system framework, function modules, software and hardware structure are all detailed. This partial system is being applied in fieldwork.
