高温抗盐防塌降滤失剂KCS-53的研究

摘    要:以腐植酸为主要原料,通过缩合、接枝共聚、金属离子螯合和磺化等系列反应制得了高温抗盐防塌降滤失剂KCS-53.室内评价结果表明,KCS-53的降滤失效果优良,热稳定性和抗盐抗钙能力与SMP-2相当,防塌能力高于FT-881,而且其成本低,原料来源广,合成工艺简单.KCS-53在两口井的现场应用效果良好,具有应用推广价值.

Abstract:The novel high temperature fluid loss additive named KCS-53 with functions of anti-caving and salt resistance is produced from humic acid by synthesis. Lab tests show that the additive has good fluid loss effects and thermal stability , its calcium resistance is the same as SMP-2, it excels FT-881 in anti-caving, and its cost is lower than KCS-53. Meanwhile, it can be produced from wider raw materials and it can be made more easily. Field applications of KCS-53 in two wells prove its good effects and worth of popularization.
