基于PC机的图形自动编程系统的研究与开发

摘    要:介绍了一种基于PC机的图形自动编程及其特点。该系统的Windows98平台上,以VisualC 6.0为开发工具,建立了二维CAD平台,并与外部进行DXF图形数据交换。根据图形工艺信息从金属切削数据库中得到刀具和加工参数,再与相关的走刀方式形成刀位文件,经过后置处理自动生成NC代码,并由三维仿真检验其代码的正确性。该系统既能用于生产加工,又可用为CAI软件用于教学培训。

Abstract:An automatic graphic programming system and its features are introduced. The system establishes a 2D platform on Windows98 using Visual C++6.0 as a developing tool, and exchanges DXF graphic data with external unit. The cutter and machining parameter can be obtained from metalcutting database based on graphic process information to generate cutter locus file with relevant toolpath, then NC code is generated automatically by post_processing, and the correction of the code is checked by 3_D simulation. The system is not only used for production machining, also for education training as a CAI software.
